After 23 years Dr. Debbie Bailey has closed her Private Practice and has moved to the Pikeville Medical Center, Wellness Center Pediatric Clinic. Dr. Bailey loves taking care of your children. This move will allow her to continue to do this.

1. If your child has been a patient of Dr. Bailey, and you needs to make an appointment to see her, just call 606 430-2207 to make an appointment with her at the PMC Pediatric Clinic. Ask to be seen by Dr. Bailey.

2. The Pikeville Medical Center has taken custody of all of Dr. Bai- ley’s Medical Records. Please call their Medical Records depart- ment if you need a copy of your child’s medical record.

3. If you had an outstanding bill at Dr. Bailey’s office you still must pay that bill to Dr. Bailey. We are establishing a grace until June 30, 2024 for you to pay any outstanding bill with Debra R Bailey MD, FAAP PSC. At the end of the grace period (7/31/2024) we will turn all unpaid bills over to a collection agency. Bills will be sent out around the first of May, June and August. You can
